ANSWER: There is no biblical evidence that Cain ever repented. It appears that, at least, at the time of his crime he was more concerned about his punishment than repentance (Genesis 4:13-14).

We are not told where he died, but it is most likely that his death occurred in the land of Nod, in the city of Enoch that he had built.
